I own a DOCOMO 3G stick. I'm shocked at the way the technical support executive speaks to you. Would you imagine - he hung up the call twice in the middle of the conversation, condescending that my problem had been resolved even when I was shouting at the other end that it hadn't. A lot of other people I know have reported similar experiences. I wonder if the DOCOMO top level management is aware of the key scar on their services.
