Hi, I purchased the photon plus in the month of sept., against my prev internet service, tikona, assuming the fact i would get a better service. But unfortunately, i'm not at all surprised by the fact, that there has been no change at all. Inspite of some many claims, photon plus is not at all satisfactory and i would rate as point 3 from 1 to 5, being 1 the lowest. Service provider claims a speed of 3mbps, but its not true. i'm higly annoyed and will see the service for another month
