- When & how will my connection get activated ?
ConnectIndia is committed to assist its customers in the activation process.
Our executive will collect your self attested Photo ID & Address ID, your passport sized photograph, a Customer Application Form that will be filled & signed by you. Please check generally accepted documents list for your chosen operator. All these are critical for your connection's activation. We will submit your file the next day to the operator. If everything is on order, the operator will login your file. Post that a physical address verification & a telephonic verification will be conducted. If the verification turns out positive, your connection will be activated. The entire process takes 48 - 72 hours for completion.
The time can get extended in case there is an issue with the documents or the verification Our executives will however, keep you informed and assist you fully.
- How much does ConnectIndia charge for activation assistance?
We do not charge you anything for the delivery and activation assistance. Our services to you are absolutely free of cost.
- What if my connection does not get activated?
We have a 100% refund policy in case your connection is not activated. Please refer to our Refund Policy

- How secure is the online payment?
ConnectIndia does not store any user payment detail.
Once you decide to pay online, we direct you to our Online Payment partners - HDFC & Pay U.

- What if I do not get any network, speed in my area?
Being wireless connections speeds of both mobile & data card connections vary from area to area.
It is hard to assure a certain speed and network in all the areas. Please refer to Network Coverage maps as provided on the operator websites for greater details.
It would also be a good idea for you to check with your family/friends who are using similar connections in the area you wish to use the service in.

We will forward your complaint to the relevant department at the operator's end.
We will also follow up ernestly with the operator to help get the issue resolved.
