tata photon
I am using tata photon last 10 month (No.9221168176). first 8 month service is very good. But tata photon change their policy for unlimited client. from last two month they started providing tata whiz service after high speed data limit is finished which is very slow. I am able to download 2.5 mb data in 6 hours at day time at night the speed increase little bit ( 50 to 70 kb/s) so i keep tata photon on over night to download 100 mb data in morning I found tata photon is disconnected ... more»

Apparently Tata photon plus is cheating people. Their claim about speed is absolutely false. So kindly don't buy.... more»
Bad customer care service and speed

I have purchased tata photon last year in january and within an year the device stop working, the people of tata are not ready to replace and saying me to purchase new. even about the speed they are not commited what they are saying..you will find at the end of billing cycle it takes 9-10 min even to open gmail. so because of bad customer care service and low speed not recommend to go for it.......................... more»

Hi , This is a disgruntled user of Tata Photon + Post Paid. I had purchased the data card a few months back. The 1st month bill was ok. But he 2nd bill was disappropiately calcualated which included the no of hours used on the day when we had our home locked. What to stay say..pathethic billing and no responce and resolution even after contstant reminders thru mails. Sandeep Shetty... more»

Good resvice.
I was using the relinace data card, and was very unhappy with the performace with that. One of my friend was using tata photon data and i found its was very fast. So decided to change the provider and use tata photon, the coverage is very good. even i am getting remindr call form the call center to the due date of bill payment which is really very good.. Keep it up Team Tata..... more»

Why I like Tata Photon data card
Its amazing speed, quick installation and user friendly interface are the prime reasons why I like my photon data card. Also I must say they delivered the card very propmptly on a Saturday at my residence as promised by their representative at Capgemini. I am quite satisfied with the performance of my photon datacard.... more»

Dear All, This is to inform you that someone called (+912266615796 Date:27/10/2011 Time:14.31 pm) me from your office saying that she will call me later after speaking to her senior officer regarding waiver of the below bill; but no one has called yet. Feedback about Tata photon plus
Hi, I purchased the photon plus in the month of sept., against my prev internet service, tikona, assuming the fact i would get a better service. But unfortunately, i'm not at all surprised by the fact, that there has been no change at all. Inspite of some many claims, photon plus is not at all satisfactory and i would rate as point 3 from 1 to 5, being 1 the lowest. Service provider claims a speed of 3mbps, but its not true. i'm higly annoyed and will see the service for another month ... more»

Hi, I have already complained @ your Goregaon West Outlet. My TATA Photon gets disconnected after 5-10 mintues. After that not able to open the same site. Photon Speed
As much as I enjoy the portability of Tata's Photon,my rant is up there with most of its users ie,we pay for an average speed not a top speed of 3.1 Mbps.I'd pay more for an average of 1Mbps;so Tata,if you're lsitening go ahead and come up with a plan with an average speed of more than 1MBps because without it(I don't care about your Fair Usage Policy),you're just average and in the same league as the rest(Idea,MTS etc).... more»

Depending on the area and the floor that you stay, you will see a major difference in speed. I have never used it for major upload or download, hence can't comment about how will it solve the purpose for such situations. For me this connection is important as I move across different cities and stated whenever needed. This has helped to surf net, check my emails and spend some time on blogs. tata phuton not worth!!!!
Connection is very very slow , and charges are very high, I want to change the plan but told me to visit gallary. The gallary at Andheri east is absolutely useless and the employees are not at all cooperative. The place is also very unorganised and not properly maintained. There is no one to help and i feel cheated by buying phuton. tata tele are prompt in issuing cyclostyled LEGAL Notice if payment is delayed.
