Tata staffs are more concerned about bills delivery than the service delivery

I bought photon plus in March 2011 and shut it off in May or earlier. Because they call you just all the time to find out if I have received the bill. I tell them if I do not get the bill and I do not pay then you hold my connection in abeyance. Repeatedly they called and I had just one reply to give or just disconnect the line. I guess they are just going after money and nothing else. To get rid of them I cancelled the connection. I am a Tata product buyer myself. Mobile, internet (VSNL), car, steel for many uses - everything - no one ever sold me any Tata product. I went for them and I own each and everything Tata. They are the most responsible establishment the country has and I hold them in esteem over even the Government. But their staffs selection in Kolkata is horrifying, I guess they did not get right people because as usual Kolkata has the worst human development index.
