i m sharing my personal experince and suffering please i request u people to not purchase any stuff from them they r lier cheater n fraud no 1 .yesterday i buoght a docomo data card via them . they had promised me thai maximum within 24 hour my card will be activated . but it was not activated after that i had called them for activation they told that within half an hour my issue will be resolved first call i had made around 12 pm n now its 7 pm in between i had made 5 calls to them but same as

I was surprised with the service. But it reached me from the time i received the call more than 9hours. After making several calls to CCare and the executive who bought device. Guys Tata Docomo Data Card is good value for money, here you get 400 rs discount for the first 5 months in bill giving u an overall discount of Rs 2000 i.e. cost of the device. Please choose 3.2 MBps with 10 gb limit. Use sensibly for high speed and make sure not make too many downloads else you may exhaust 10 GB in 10 days. Regards, Anirban

TATA Docomo 3G signal week  

Earlier this was good and i was getting around 4Mb download, But know since after few months this speed is very low. this seems to be, bandwidth allocated to more user and beyond limit or user so bandwidth is getting shared. So this is not TATA Docomo, Only SHATA docomo. Vasu Ozone

hi, I am Manohara Majjagi using Docomo 3G stick with postpaid unlimited plan. it works fine up to 5GB usage and it is not good after 5GB ie i am not able to open my gmail (getting timeout popup) I reqest Tata Docomo to provide at least the data speed to open the mails.

Don't know the speed but the cost is really high. Wouldn't mind getting it for a low cost just to try?? I mean spen 2 k on it and then repent for buying it ? not a smart step after all?

it really doesnt have enough coverage in bangalore..n dat too at yelahanka..they promise to provide for d service of 7.1 mbps speed but max 200 kbps we use to get. so u guys plz either go for reliance or some other brand...but not dis stuff...its a total loss..!!!

fairly satisfied  

1. easy to use, fold-able dongle is good 2. network is not wide enough, does not cover major cities in karnataka (like in Mysore for example it gives message as roaming and tries to connect through Aircell! even though we can see docomo shops and ads there!) customer care people have no clue about it, and would not answer the calls most of the times busy ! 3. speed not up to the mark, avg speed is around 0.8 to 1.1 mbps on 7.2 mbps connection ! 4. would give 2 star out of 5.

I have TATA3G stick from last 4 months, and its NOT reliable. it fails to respond at the required time. not as per the claimes maid outside. slower then tata photon. roaming covarage not available. go for any other device. customer support not usefull.

I am completely dissatisfied with the service and hence disappointed. As per the promised download rate , it was almost 21 mbps but the rate is nowhere nearby. I haven't received the rate of even 1 mbps.It is always in kbps, hardly ever crossed the limit of mbps. It was promised that there will be a stay of 2 nights and 3 days for GOA provided as complementary gift but have never received the same anytime so far. Please dispatch the same and fix the speed issue.

Hi I have got the tata docomo 3g stick with 21 mbps plain. But it did not give me 1MBPS speed also. When i check with the customer care they say that the there is some network problem in BTM layout Bangalore and will be corrected after some time. I have purchased Tata Docomo Dongle in the month of July 2011. My experience for last 3 months is very Frustrating. The speed though claim to be 3.11 mbps I am getting much much less. Many time unit fail to get connected. It get deisconnected abruptly while working on net. I have already send a request to discontinue the service.

Hi. I am pleased with the service provided by this e-stick. I have the 7.2 Mbps stick, and I have got speed up to 5.1 Mbps at times. Even at other times, the speed is pretty good. Working fine  

Works fine in area with 3G connection. Of no use in towns with no 3G. Bt, it is exceptionally best service and utility with great benefits for techno-savvy people of India living in 3G zones. I hope - to receive 3g in every nook and corner of India. That will be real revolution. Thanks.

Tata Docomo 3G data card (HSUPA) Review  

First of all they take years to activate the dongle. And the speed depends on the area you reside in and how good is the signal strength.The speed is not as promised and usually high during the night(as is the case with other dongles). But I found out that 1499 for the dongle is a bit on the higher side when compared to other service providers. -Bhargav
