i m sharing my personal experince and suffering please i request u people to not purchase any stuff from them they r lier cheater n fraud no 1 .yesterday i buoght a docomo data card via them . they had promised me thai maximum within 24 hour my card will be activated . but it was not activated after that i had called them for activation they told that within half an hour my issue will be resolved first call i had made around 12 pm n now its 7 pm in between i had made 5 calls to them but same as... more»

Hi, First of all, your telemarketing person had asked for the connection i was happy to accept it. And told me that "you will receive the eStick within 4 horus and you can start use it". I was surprised with the service. But it reached me from the time i received the call more than 9hours. After making several calls to CCare and the executive who bought device. Guys Tata Docomo Data Card is good value for money, here you get 400 rs discount for the first 5 months in bill giving u an overall discount of Rs 2000 i.e. cost of the device. Please choose 3.2 MBps with 10 gb limit. Use sensibly for high speed and make sure not make too many downloads else you may exhaust 10 GB in 10 days. Regards, Anirban... more»

Hi, I am using 3G Dongle from last 6 months, from last 15 days I've changed my location in same city(Mohali), but on new location it's not working. TATA Docomo 3G signal week
Earlier this was good and i was getting around 4Mb download, But know since after few months this speed is very low. this seems to be, bandwidth allocated to more user and beyond limit or user so bandwidth is getting shared. So this is not TATA Docomo, Only SHATA docomo. Vasu Ozone... more»

1. easy to use, fold-able dongle is good 2. network is not wide enough, does not cover major cities in karnataka (like in Mysore for example it gives message as roaming and tries to connect through Aircell! even though we can see docomo shops and ads there!) customer care people have no clue about it, and would not answer the calls most of the times busy ! 3. speed not up to the mark, avg speed is around 0.8 to 1.1 mbps on 7.2 mbps connection ! 4. would give 2 star out of 5.... more»
I regret having shifted from Tata Photon+ to Tata Docomo
1. Promise - This is much faster than Photon+. Fact - This is much slower than Photon+ (download speed slightly better dialup connection. 2. Promise - Wherever you have Tata Photon range, you will have range for Docomo also. I am completely dissatisfied with the service and hence disappointed. As per the promised download rate , it was almost 21 mbps but the rate is nowhere nearby. I haven't received the rate of even 1 mbps.It is always in kbps, hardly ever crossed the limit of mbps. It was promised that there will be a stay of 2 nights and 3 days for GOA provided as complementary gift but have never received the same anytime so far. Hi I have got the tata docomo 3g stick with 21 mbps plain. But it did not give me 1MBPS speed also. When i check with the customer care they say that the there is some network problem in BTM layout Bangalore and will be corrected after some time. I have purchased Tata Docomo Dongle in the month of July 2011. My experience for last 3 months is very Frustrating. The speed though claim to be 3.11 mbps I am getting much much less. Hi, If you guys are expecting a good response, you can forget it. The Tata Docomo 3G that i happen to use is the worst that i have used till date. To begin with, while taking up the connection it was mentioned that after usage of 5GB the speed would drop from 3MBps to 128kbps, which was acceptable, but there was no mention of a further reduction of speed to 10kbps if the usage crosses a further 10GB. Hi. I am pleased with the service provided by this e-stick. I have the 7.2 Mbps stick, and I have got speed up to 5.1 Mbps at times. Even at other times, the speed is pretty good. My friends have got the reliance Netconnect etc. and it it really bad. They are totally transparent, and the customer service is really worth a lot of admiration. Working fine
