Docomo 3G service to me

Hi, First of all, your telemarketing person had asked for the connection i was happy to accept it. And told me that "you will receive the eStick within 4 horus and you can start use it". I was surprised with the service. But it reached me from the time i received the call more than 9hours. After making several calls to CCare and the executive who bought device. Then wanted to go online, he told me it takes 12-24 hours to get activated. If it was told me to wait for the said time, it could have been appreciated. Thanks it got activated by 12 hours. But ever since i have started using, am not much happy with the eStick, ever since i am connected with it, it never given me the 3.6mpbs speed. How do i get full 3.6 mbps speed all the time? it is faster in early morning, but definitely not in day time or evening or late evening. And whenever it is connected it shows page cannot be displayed..... if its refreshed it works. These are my concern, how con you service better to customer...so that i can proudly say that I am using the best service provider from among others. Revert with my concern.
