i m sharing my personal experince and suffering please i request u people to not purchase any stuff from them they r lier cheater n fraud no 1 .yesterday i buoght a docomo data card via them . they had promised me thai maximum within 24 hour my card will be activated . but it was not activated after that i had called them for activation they told that within half an hour my issue will be resolved first call i had made around 12 pm n now its 7 pm in between i had made 5 calls to them but same as... more»

POOR CUSTOMER CARE
Upload and Download Speeds are superb but every thing comes to a crash when you have to deal with customer care for any reason Really horrible experience and all claims by national sales head and service head, Jogesh Nayar, Gulati et al are just pitty full. Service is poorest
