I bought this Reliance net connect three months ago. The network coverage is very poor. Most of the times the upload / download speed will be in 0.00 KBps only. Reliance - Network connection is poor in Shollinganallur(Chennai)

Hi, Reliance network connection is very poor in shollinganallur(Chennai). There won't be network, if network comes, network breaks suddenly. I raised for disconnection. Reliance CC told this issue was there and it will be there till Nov end, if they knows this issue they should do waiver the amount. But they wont do unless we call and tell them, they are smart guys in getting the amount from us. Saturday they called me and said they will be sending the technical team to look into. Poor Speed
I have purchased reliance netconnect+ last month its actual speed is 3.1 mbps. but i have not yet meet even 50Kbps speed, most of the time it shows under 10kbps only. I really fet up while using this service. If any body can help me on this subject pls do it at the earlist........ more»

i had reliance data card.he said,that download speed 3.1mbps and uploading speed 1.8mbps.it's absolutly fake statement.reliance netword services is very poor.pls don't buy that network data card.... more»
Use less data card
Hi, I am using Relience Netconnect Data card. The maximum speed i am getting is around 30 to 40 kbps. The guaranteed speed was 3.1Mbps when i purchased. This is no where nearer. For those who're fed up with very slow bandwidth speed in Reliance Net-connect please register a complaint whenever you get speed below 250kbps. If you face the problem very often you'll get a waiver of Rs 200 per billing cycle... Actually I got totally rs 800 waived off for the past 4 months. Hope this could help you guys... more»

REGARDING BILLS
We are not receiving any bills in monthly basis... We just received the first month bill for reliance data card usage... Its been 5months we are using reliance data card and after the first month we dint receive monthly bills... The second month our area reliance official came home directly after 23rd of that month for collecting the second month's charges charging SOME EXTRA AMOUNT FOR DELAY IN PAYMENT AFTER 23rd FOR THE MONTH... Not much Happy With Reliance Netconnect..
Hi, I recently purchased the Reliance netconnect datacard.. i was told like, the connection ll be much faster and the coverage is through satellite bla bla.. But i face lots of issues with this. One Hectic thing is, the download speed suddenly drops to 0kb/s and the connection is lost. So the pages i hv been browsing are lost immediately. Very sorry to say
Hi, Being advertised as the fastest netconnect datacard in india. It is very slow here in chennai. For 3Mbphs speed allocation at the starting of a month, am getting only 80kbps. and after 5GB of quoto, am getting only maximum of 10kbps but it is advertised for 144kbps. It is very poor service and it is kind of cheating the customers with this very slow speed. Kindly dont advertise your product as fastest net connection. It is absoutley not.... more»

I am using Reliance DataCard since past 3 months. I pay around Rs.800 per month as rental. Initially when i purchased it, the speed was superb. But, after the first month, i have never got a download speed of more than 24 kbps (Internet Explorer Download App). The network in my office and my house is Full and HSD compatible. Very Poor Speed
Am paying a monthly rental of Around Rs.800 per Month and my usage is hardly for 2 to 3 GB . My house is on the fifth floor and my office is on the first floor. The network in both these premises is Full and HSD Compatible. But, still i get a very low speed and i plan to instead drop this Connection and go for another ISP.... more»
