I bought this Reliance net connect three months ago. The network coverage is very poor. Most of the times the upload / download speed will be in 0.00 KBps only. So now I am thinking to quit the connection. I had paid advance three months rental, hence i am unable to quit, now the time have come to quit. Please check the speed of the net and then buy NPSR

I am 1.5yr user of Reliance netconnect. Its very good at cities and that to at selected place in city. They say 2MBPS. I have experience that good speed till date. I stay at Indira Nagar Near CMH Road. My max speed till date is 500-600MBPS. that to not always. regular speed would be 135-256KBPS. In my native "LINGASAGUR and BELGAUM" The speed is at the rate of 64kbps. Hopeless. They say it covers some thousands of villages. But not with Comfortable speed. But overall OK OKey kind o

I am having Hybrid mode option but most of the time it automatically turns to highspeed mode. Speed is too bad. what ever your promised is not at all achieved. even 512kbps of wired is better than, 3.1Mbps wireless.

Hi, I purchased a Reliance Netconnect+ just a few months back, but it is not offering the broadband speed as expected even in metro's. The device disconnects automatically particularly during downloads and response from Reliance customer support is not satisfactory.

Hi i am residing in valasaravakkam in that area Reliance Data Card speed is very low less than 512 kbps. They said 3.1 mbps. If we call them they said they will send technical person to call but they would not. They saying that in chennai they do not have server but in mumbai!!!!!!!. REGARDING BILLS  

We are not receiving any bills in monthly basis... We just received the first month bill for reliance data card usage... Its been 5months we are using reliance data card and after the first month we dint receive monthly bills... Almost for past one year, am using this reliance data card. I was O.K with functionality wise. Few exceptions recently observed (4 or 5 times), where LED turns RED and doesnt allow net connectivity; After system reboot - connectivity works., suspect some hardware (driver) malfunction. I have been using Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ Data Card for the last 05 months. The performance of the data card has never been very good. Its service was only moderately satisfactory till the last 1 or 2 months. But, recently the quality has deteriorated all the more. The speed of the data card has now become horrible.

When you buy the data, it comes with lots of promises but hardly works even for a week that way. When you call up the customer service reps, they are the least co-operative and courteous to speak and the only reason you get is congestion in your area is the reason and that exists 365 days.

Very Worst Datacard + Service  

Never experienced such poor performance from the big brand. My mobile office connection thru' mobile phone connection works much better than this NetConnect+, 3mbps card. The problem persists all the time during the day. Customer service was worse than the card performance. Never spoke to representatives who are RUDE, IRRESPONSIBLE and ATTITUDE. I WILL NEVER buy RELIANCE products in my life.

So far so good. The third day, my connection was deactivated. It took me two days and several calls to the customer care to know the reason - that being my the address proof was not clear. Now, when I asked them how to get it reactivated, they told me to go a nearest Web World and submit them.

The speed was very variable, it was not stable. It gets disconnected automatically in between, causing so much interruptions while I am doing some office work. The support was not at all good. They cant understand even a simple single question, forget about addressing and resolving the issue. Hi, I am using reliance data card from last 8 month. But from few days i am facing lot of issues because sometime i am not able to connect for data usage. Poor Services I got since last one year.  

I brought this device last year and i was told by customer care service manager that i'll get speed upto 3.1 MBPS everywhere specifically asked for LONI Ghaziabad but after 1 month of usage i found that the downloading speed is max 14 kbps. Made a complaint and visited service eng and he informed that no coverage of high speed "Broadband+" network. DEvice malfunction 3-4 time and replace of device took approx 10 day everytime but there is no deduction was done on bill.

I am using Reliance netconnect from past 1 year. I have taken unlimited plan. With unlimited plan I get only 5Gb of download and after 5GB speed will be pathetic. I think this download limit needs to be increased atleast to 20 GB for real value to the money.

Hi, I am using Reliance Data connect from more than 2 years and experiencing speed issue at many places, there are very few places where Data Connect works better, but most of the places it doesn't even work at speed of 512 kbps whereas company claims broadband+ speed as 3.1 mbps, I never got that speed even if we have full network range. Disappointed services and unhappy with the call centre behaviour  

Initally i had purchased data card. and after that i upgrade to net connect. I have discontinued the data card but still i am getting sms that i have to pay the dues where i have already discontinue and also return the card. Second inspite of paying the bill for the recent card still the call centre keeps on calling. Vey disappointed.

The Reliance Data Card which I purchased failed to work even 10 days after the date of purchase. The Reliance Company denied to rectify the problem and finally I had to throw it in dust bin. I am not sure what you say by 3.1 Mbps. If I check your website, you show a guaranteed speed of 256 Kbps. But I am not seeing either. To a max in Coimbatore in peak or off peak it connects to around 150 Kbps. If my 3.1 MBps limit gets over, then I am only getting connected at 2 to 3 kbps whereas you are promising as 144 kbps. Yours is the worst service in the world. I got only a connection of 2 to 4 KBPS and no response on complaints. Once I requested for disconnection, it is not disconnected.

Reliance Netconnect Data Card is very unpredictable. Sometimes it gives an amazing speed. But many times, in the same area, it runs as if it a phone dial up connection. i am very disappointed after purchasing this datacard,i have broadband + data card which promise 1-2mpbs speed but i never got speed more than 45kpbs means i am getting AVG speed of about 30 kbps this is really worst service i ever seen :(

Reliance Better not to buy   

Hello, I am posting this review for sake of readers, buyers so that they do not do the mistake I did. I had purchased HSD relaince data card assuming it best in speed and tariff plan but it was exactly opposite of it, speed is very poor compare to MTS data card though both are of 3.1mbps, secondly they do not have attractive plan for refilling the data card like MTS has, so in short I suggest not to buy reliance.

Hi..the reliance data card which I purchased is not providing good services I was offered 3.1 mbps but I am only getting 0.60 mbps speed. I am not happy at all.

I have 2 reliance data cards now. The coverage is wide. It is accessible in most of the part while on the move. The speed what has been claimed is very very very less. It is not 3.1mbps, it is only 3.1kbps. It takes hours far downloads.

Poor Roaming Performace  

Reliance Net Connect in working fine in the core city area but performance is quite poor when u go a bit away from the city. I normally get a speed of 0 kb/sec at Shankerpally (Hyderabad)a bit away from main city which is really pathetic

I bought Realiance Netconnet Broadband+ online but I realized of being fool when paid the amount. After saltes service is very poor and no one is addressing your queries and its only you who has to run here and there. I tired of all this and at last I cancelled my connection. I only had one month but I couldn't use it as there was not enough speed even the tower was near by. I suggest not to purchase this product.. please.

I am using this broad band Data card for nearly 2 years and before that I was using Reliance Data Card of hybrid (Oval Sahpe one). Hello I am getting range issue for reliance datacard always.

VERY POOR...  

1. Relieance network is very poor.some times net connection has got disconnected in mid of the work.again i need to connect the net. 2. In connection it is showing 3.1 mpps, but if i open the browser it is taking almost 1 to 2 minuities time. 3. some times automatically it will goes to 23o kpbs, even the net work signal is full. 4.if i am continously using the net , it will disconnect at least every three hours. I don't know why you are giving these services and why you are asking

Never Purchase Reliance Datacard  

If you are planning to buy a reliance datacard, my suggestion is to think of another option. I purchased one Reliance Netconnect datacard on 15th March. It takes more than a week to get this activated and then in 6 month, I never got speed more than 100kbps-150kbps in comparision to what is mentioned on datacard-3.1MBPS.

The package as they promise initially is not unlimited, it comes with the catch of being unlimited upto 5 GB only. the speed is too slow and shared, to watch videos. Videos take ages to buffer. impossible to videochat for more than few minutes. picture freezes or voice breaks so often while Vidchat that it tastes your level of patience. basic page uploads are ok. you can listen to online music if you close all other sites.

Hello i have purchased the reliance data card last year.After one year data card was not working and when i went to check with service center thy told replace the card and i did by paying 999(by checking with the customer care).I got new data card and it is very difficult to work with this some times no connection ,if it is there very slow .I am planning to cancel the reliance data card .Planning for airtel. I am using netconnect+ for the past 4-5 months now, and I have to say its very bad experience for me. I am paying the bills correctly every month still I got many calls asking me to pay the bills. So far I am not satisfied by the broadband speed provided by Reliance. At least I am expecting 1Mbps speed from the reliance netconnect. Even we are not getting minimum broadband speed of 512kbps as per the broadband minimum speed. As per the speed provided to us per month cost is more. Hi, I am the user of reliance netconnect from last one year, I was never happy with the speed I get, It takes ages to download a 3 mb file most of the time. I strongly suggest to look into this before you lose valuable cusotmers. Even after repeated information to customer care, the issue was not addressed. why should I pay 1000 rs a month for nothing? I have a relience datacard with 3.1 mbps but unable to connect with 3x+. It's always connected with 1x. As per support team it's due to area. South Delhi is not perfect for 3x+ for relience netconnect.

I am quite happy with performance of Reliance Data Card. I have been using it since Jan 2011 and has been quite seamless in connecting to net across cities. I keep traveling between Kolkata and Bangalore and Reliance Netconnect has never let me down.

Comunication is very bad for billing. I dont get bill on my email nor on my cell phone. Every time I get verification call from CSR if I got my bill and every time I inform I havent received. Going on from last 4 months. Still I am not receiving my bill in anyway. because of that I had to pay penalty last time. Communication needs to improve a lot.

Not a very good product specially when you are on the move  

The product is not a good one when you are on the move in a car. I sometimes use VPN on the move and whenever i use VPN, the connection drops as soon as it connects :(. so its useful if you are moving slowly or only for browsing/mailing purpose on a move. but i believe that simple GPRS connection in your mobile can also fulfill this requirement.

Hi, Being advertised as the fastest netconnect datacard in india. It is very slow here in chennai. For 3Mbphs speed allocation at the starting of a month, am getting only 80kbps. and after 5GB of quoto, am getting only maximum of 10kbps but it is advertised for 144kbps. It is very poor service and it is kind of cheating the customers with this very slow speed. Kindly dont advertise your product as fastest net connection. It is absoutley not.

I am using Reliance DataCard since past 3 months. I pay around Rs.800 per month as rental. Initially when i purchased it, the speed was superb. But, after the first month, i have never got a download speed of more than 24 kbps (Internet Explorer Download App). The network in my office and my house is Full and HSD compatible. I am planning to switch over to another ISP and do away with Reliance DataCard Connection.

Very Poor Speed  

Am paying a monthly rental of Around Rs.800 per Month and my usage is hardly for 2 to 3 GB . My house is on the fifth floor and my office is on the first floor. The network in both these premises is Full and HSD Compatible. But, still i get a very low speed and i plan to instead drop this Connection and go for another ISP.

Reliance 1x data card speed is very slow. it not a perfect device. RELIANCE data card is the worst service i have used till date reliance is famous for overbilling data card users / usb data modem users.

Comfortable speed  

All and all a nice and comfortable experience with the speeds in the Noida area, works well when I travel to Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore too. Obviously speeds aren't as high as 3.1 mbps, but have tried almost all data cards and no one offers the same speed. No issues with billing so far, as I took the unlimited usage pack. Hi, I purchased a Reliance Netconnect+ just a few months back, but it is not offering the broadband speed as expected even in metro's. The device disconnects automatically particularly during downloads and response from Reliance customer support is not satisfactory.
