I am 1.5yr user of Reliance netconnect. Its very good at cities and that to at selected place in city. They say 2MBPS. I have experience that good speed till date. I stay at Indira Nagar Near CMH Road. My max speed till date is 500-600MBPS. that to not always. regular speed would be 135-256KBPS. In my native "LINGASAGUR and BELGAUM" The speed is at the rate of 64kbps. Hopeless. They say it covers some thousands of villages. But not with Comfortable speed. But overall OK OKey kind o... more»

Hi, Reliance network connection is very poor in shollinganallur(Chennai). There won't be network, if network comes, network breaks suddenly. I raised for disconnection. Reliance CC told this issue was there and it will be there till Nov end, if they knows this issue they should do waiver the amount. I have been using Reliance Broadband Netconnect datacard for over a year now. I have never recd the speed claimed by them while selling, and to top it - connectivity itself is a major task. Worst Customer care and Service
I terminated Reliance Net Connect 3 months back and they are still generating bills stating the card is under usage. The termination was due to datacard damage. The customer care people had not processed my request and they had been generating bills for more than a month. If we call the cutomer care they inform us to go to the Webworld . No one to take care of guys who cheat....
I took reliance net connect plus after a lot of research. I went through all the reviews about reliance, which were very bad...the reason I took reliance was that I thought they would give atleast 25% of the speed they promised and it turns out it is less than 1% of what they promised. Even to open a gmail account it takes a while, like it happens in the net centres. This is rubbish
I've been using Reliance for more than 3 years. The 3.1mbps is rubbish, I have never, repeat NEVER, had even one day when that speed was seen. Most of the time it is only in kbps (maximum 250kbps). Files that should download in 6 minutes take more than an hour to download :-( When I activate my net connection, uploads start even before the home page can download! Hi Everyone, I bought Reliance dongle few days back with a hope that i will get a better speed. The sales person assured that average speed will be arround 1.3 mbps while to max speed will be 3.1 mbps. To my 5 days experience , I have not seen speed crossing 200kbps on nay day. On further discussing with customare care , they mentioned that average speed will be 200kbps and they will not be entertaining your request if you get a speed 200kbps or more. We are not receiving any bills in monthly basis... We just received the first month bill for reliance data card usage... Its been 5months we are using reliance data card and after the first month we dint receive monthly bills... Such a poor Internet connection i ever used
Dear All, I bought this Reliance net connect few months ago. The network coverage is very poor. Most of the times the upload / download speed will be in 0.00 KBps only. Regarding this poor connection i have sent a mail to the concerned fellow. Till now there is no response on that. I purchase Broadband EC1262 for Rs.2300/- on 14.08.2010. Initaially i opted for a prepaid plan but later got it converted into postpaid. The performance of the instrument is so bad that number of times it gets disconnected / some times it will not get connected at all. I could not use it at all for most of the time. Hi, I purchase reliance netconnect from connectindia am using it from last one year. It worked at rocket speed for me everytime, though I had issues sometime with speed but either it got resolved by calling customer care or just by disconnecting and again connecting through dialer or by changing the usb port. I am 1.5yr user of Reliance netconnect. Its very good at cities and that to at selected place in city. They say 2MBPS. I have experience that good speed till date. I stay at Indira Nagar Near CMH Road. My max speed till date is 500-600MBPS. that to not always. regular speed would be 135-256KBPS. Almost for past one year, am using this reliance data card. I was O.K with functionality wise. Few exceptions recently observed (4 or 5 times), where LED turns RED and doesnt allow net connectivity; After system reboot - connectivity works., suspect some hardware (driver) malfunction. The speed was very variable, it was not stable. It gets disconnected automatically in between, causing so much interruptions while I am doing some office work. The support was not at all good. I repent for my decision to go for reliance. the data card disconnects @ 10pm & 6am everyday. During this period speed reduces drastically. I am not sure what you say by 3.1 Mbps. If I check your website, you show a guaranteed speed of 256 Kbps. But I am not seeing either. To a max in Coimbatore in peak or off peak it connects to around 150 Kbps. If my 3.1 MBps limit gets over, then I am only getting connected at 2 to 3 kbps whereas you are promising as 144 kbps. This card had sucked my life to the extent which i have never hoped. The Huawei software came with it is not at all compatible with Windows-7 though they claim to be. The average speed is in the ages of 1992 when first internet came and is below 20 kbps and the coverage is limited to only a few cities/towns. Very bad network
Hi, I am the user of reliance netconnect from last one year, I was never happy with the speed I get, It takes ages to download a 3 mb file most of the time. I strongly suggest to look into this before you lose valuable cusotmers. Even after repeated information to customer care, the issue was not addressed. why should I pay 1000 rs a month for nothing? I have a relience datacard with 3.1 mbps but unable to connect with 3x+. It's always connected with 1x. As per support team it's due to area. South Delhi is not perfect for 3x+ for relience netconnect.... more»

Netconnect review - BAD
Comunication is very bad for billing. I dont get bill on my email nor on my cell phone. Every time I get verification call from CSR if I got my bill and every time I inform I havent received. Not a very good product specially when you are on the move
The product is not a good one when you are on the move in a car. I sometimes use VPN on the move and whenever i use VPN, the connection drops as soon as it connects :(. so its useful if you are moving slowly or only for browsing/mailing purpose on a move. but i believe that simple GPRS connection in your mobile can also fulfill this requirement. ... more»

Hi, Being advertised as the fastest netconnect datacard in india. It is very slow here in chennai. For 3Mbphs speed allocation at the starting of a month, am getting only 80kbps. and after 5GB of quoto, am getting only maximum of 10kbps but it is advertised for 144kbps. It is very poor service and it is kind of cheating the customers with this very slow speed. Kindly dont advertise your product as fastest net connection. It is absoutley not.... more»

I am using Reliance DataCard since past 3 months. I pay around Rs.800 per month as rental. Initially when i purchased it, the speed was superb. But, after the first month, i have never got a download speed of more than 24 kbps (Internet Explorer Download App). The network in my office and my house is Full and HSD compatible. Very Poor Speed
Am paying a monthly rental of Around Rs.800 per Month and my usage is hardly for 2 to 3 GB . My house is on the fifth floor and my office is on the first floor. Comfortable speed
All and all a nice and comfortable experience with the speeds in the Noida area, works well when I travel to Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore too. Obviously speeds aren't as high as 3.1 mbps, but have tried almost all data cards and no one offers the same speed. No issues with billing so far, as I took the unlimited usage pack. Recently upgraded to the Reliance 3G data card; awesome speeds..had a whole party with live streaming videos on youtube..no buffering..just live streaming awesome ex... more»
