Pathetic service and pathetic system

The most pathetic product i have ever seen from reliance. I am using Reliance mobile since almost last 5 years now, and the reliance network has never let me down. Keeping that in mind, i opted for Reliance netconnect, where there were so many other such products in the market. After purchasing the product, The card got registered on my father's name (Due to the reliance guy's mistake) and verification happened on my name, so the verification went negative, to resolve this issue, i had to run for multiple place for 4-5 days, and almost after 2 weeks, finally the datacard got active. The moment it got active, the speed which i was getting was 1-2 KBps, and reliance still claims for 1-2 MBps speed. i tried to get in touch with customer care many times, but the answer was "No Network". I paid the bill for almost 3 months, now i have discontinued the card, still this was not enough, reliance sent me legal notice after 4 months of discontinuation, the notice was about the non payment of the bill. (Didn't even feel shame) i have paid the bill and i have kept the USB as a Memento. Much much disappointed by reliance services. Than i have taken the Tata connection, and trust me... its far far far better than reliance... In the case of service, reliance can never reach the level of TaTa.
