Bad Performance

I have experienced such a lot of problems with your data card for example: doesn't connect for days and if called on customer support they simply say we have forwarded your request and TAT is 48 hours that suck big time. Even if I have full Network it still doesn't give me broad band speed. I am not Reliance Net connect customer by choice it is just that I have no other option, it competitors TATA photon, MTS, etc also suck the same way. They all are useless. They promise to go on 3G may I ask if their Network infrastructure is equipped. I have complains for Connect India as well your pre sales services were awesome and as soon as I gave document and cash for data card your post sales services were sucking, I had data card but couldn't use it for more than week, because you all did not activate that, then I have opted for gold 10 GB plan and you gave me 5GB plan when I said I want to change to 10GB I was told if you change the plan discount will not be applicable for 1st year. Just freaking idiotism happens with customers & I am sure there are many others. Good luck if you thinking of buying one.
