Worst Experience Ever ... Problem still not solved after 4 months.
I purchased the data card in june and within one day of getting it .. i was told that there was a technical fault in my area which would be rectified by august 31st ... i told them that i refused to wait for 2 months before i could properly use my data card and would like to get a refund. The issue has been going on for more than 3 months now and there has been no action. I kept calling Reliance Technical Support/Customer care and they kept asking me to download things to check / troubleshoot. That generated usage and i was sent a bill for it. I told them that it is not personal usage but all troubleshooting to which they told me that irrespective of the fact they would still put my name in defaulter list if i did not pay the bill. I've been communicating with the Appelate authority but to no avail. Appauling Service. Worst Ever
