bad experience

I am using netconnect+ for the past 4-5 months now, and I have to say its very bad experience for me. I am paying the bills correctly every month still I got many calls asking me to pay the bills. But the most important thing is browsing. Internet browsing is a horrible experience with netconnect+, its very slow, they said it will reach speeds upto 3.2 Mbps, but I can see only around 18kbps, its very sad. Also most of the websites are not opening with netconnect+ (like rapidshare.com, mediafire.com etc). Very bad service. I wanted to stop this service as soon as possible. Due to high work pressure I am unable to report the issue to the customer care. Someone please assure me that the speeds will be steady and high(atleast 512 kbps) please.
