Worst kind of service and response

I purchase Broadband EC1262 for Rs.2300/- on 14.08.2010. Initaially i opted for a prepaid plan but later got it converted into postpaid. The performance of the instrument is so bad that number of times it gets disconnected / some times it will not get connected at all. I could not use it at all for most of the time. When i complained they said that some body would visit and rectify. However, no body turned up. Finally when i went to one of their outlets in Himayatnagar to surrender, i was told it is not possible till 6 months and that i was promised that somebody woudl visit and redress the greivance. Nobody turned up. The recovery agents kept calling up regularly every month for bill payment and when i asked them about the porblem, every time they promised redressal but nothing happened and their monthly calling continued. Finally one Reliance executive by name Mr.Raghu called and promised that the rentals / charges levied for the unused period would be waived and that the card would be activated by paying around Rs.700/- the charge for the usage. When i agreed another person by name Mr.Chandrasekhar called and assured me that the amount would be collected from me and the card would be activated within three days. He did not turn up. Another reliance personnel Mrf.Ramakrishna also called up and said that he woudl collect the amount and activate but did not turn up. Finally, Mr.Raghu called up and told me that his head office is not accepting for any waiver and asked me to either pay the full amount without using also or take a new data card. This is the kind of service. i got really vexed with the service of Reliance datacard.
