Please do not look at reliance with such a disdain.I am a Reliance 3G user.I understand its our hard money earned which we spend on buying these internet connections, and when we do not get the promise fulfilled we like to skewer the network provider. But guys, let me tell you(whoever do not know)the meaning of 3.1 MBPS or 7.2 MBPS.It does not mean that we will get downloading speed of this much.It is browsing speed and moreover under highly effective industrial testing condition.Nevertheless, you ... more»

Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ Data Card
My datacard - Worked just 3 days
My name is Karthik. I took a Reliance data card from a reliance agent in Hyderabad. I submitted all the documents before I took it. It got activated the same day and was working with good speeds. So far so good. The third day, my connection was deactivated. It took me two days and several calls to the customer care to know the reason - that being my the address proof was not clear. Now, when I asked them how to get it reactivated, they told me to go a nearest Web World and submit them. My nearest Web World state that I have to re-submit the documents to the same agent from whom I took the card. Now, I don't have that guy's number and these folks in the web world would not help. After several directions from the customer care and wearing off half my shoe, I finally gave up. I have a data card that worked only for 3 days. If Reliance is reading this, who is going to solve my problem or is it ever going to be solved? I would still feel good about you if you can fix things up. Karthik
