Low Speed in Reliance 1X Data Card Services

To, The Customer Service Reliance Communication Limited As per telephonic conversation with you on today,20th Oct 2011 on phone no-022-30326200 from where u called regarding my complain for my Reliance Post Paid Data Card No-9311476117 Account Number-500001269607 for unpaid total dues with reliance of Rs.1103 and proper service of Reliance 1X Data Card Service. As per conversation with you the Legal Notice is enclosed here.Please issue details bill of last showing my usages and please adjust the total dues as i told you i do not get proper speed,signal at my local area from last few months against i have made complain and from reliance they had given me commitment to rectify and send me technical person for visit and solve the poor speed problems but not got services from reliance itself.please mind it on consideration to ascertain my remaining total dues. Please check it out and Reply as early possible and Issue No Objection dues Letter and settle my total dues and close this matter as early as possible with proper explanation.
