FRAUD FROM RELIANCE

After lot of communication with reliance customer care/Nodal officer .I am not getting any satisfactory response. Response which I got from them is to please visit to any Reliance Mobile Stores. I have question why should i visit to any Reliance Mobile Stores for clearance the bill. I am not getting why should I am not respond for the trailing mails. I have simple question from Reliance Do u mean that credit limit doesn't have any limit kept by customer itself at the time of submitting the form. Reliance communication do not have any value for Nodal officer.Even though I received call from Nodal office committing me that u r services started with zero balance. Why commitment from reliance person Mr. sameer still pending even though he has mailed to me regarding vaiver. Mr .sameer is an authentic person from reliance okhla office . Why still i am not getting any response regarding the complaint No.158758968 against Mr. Sameer from reliance communication.
