Wrong device sold to me by connect india/Vriti infocom ltd

Dear Sir, I wanted to bought Reliance Broadband Data Card (with speed 3.1 MBps) but Vriti sales executive Mr. Ranvijay Singh Chandel wrongly sold me Reliance 1X data card (with pathetic very slow speed of 3-5 Kbps). It was cheating with me. I was tried to contact Ranvijay again but he was not revert back to me. It is clearly violation of Consumer Protection Act 1986, Vriti Executive cheated me by reflecting wrong information & sold me wrong device. Also on 17-8-11 Mr Bhomitra from connect india promise me that they will give me refund for 1X device and told me that if I purchase Broadband data card from connect india then they will give me consession of Rs. 899. I was agreed for that but no action has been taken by connect india yet. I want Reliance communication interfere in this matter and must refund for 1X device or replace it by Reliance Broadband data card. bcoz this 1x card was sold to me by mistake of Vriti. so please replace this 1x card by Broadband card and I will again use services of connect india.
