Poor Highspeed 1X
I am not sure what you say by 3.1 Mbps. If I check your website, you show a guaranteed speed of 256 Kbps. But I am not seeing either. To a max in Coimbatore in peak or off peak it connects to around 150 Kbps. If my 3.1 MBps limit gets over, then I am only getting connected at 2 to 3 kbps whereas you are promising as 144 kbps. Please improve the bandwidth a little so that we can enjoy the best out of the plan. High speed 1X really sucks. Please improve the scenario. Thanks
