TO CLEAR THE SAME. MY COMPUTER - DELL LATEST MODEL- DESKTOP SIGNAL STRENTH IS LOW, ARIEL IS ONLY 2 POINTS. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL. june 2011. with ref to my prev.mail enclosed below, you have not taken any action about that. my data card still not working and i am keeping it idle. I think i have done mistake by purchasing ur product. please guide me what to do. the above mails are sent by me and i found no response. I approached the outlet and they told I have to give letter and identity to active the same since it is blocked. I dont know how they blocked my account w/o any bill/other problems found.and why I should give the letter and other things to activate. I have done great mistake by purchasing ur product and i am keeping the datacard idle for the past 4 months. pl. give the solution atleast now with frustration s murali 9841453333
