the average speed is one thousand times less than advertised. sometimes you might wonder whether dial up was a better option. the service is terrible. the company do not bother about complaints. you will feel cheated after buying this. stay away from this fraudulent reliance data card... more»

REGARDING BILLS
We are not receiving any bills in monthly basis... We just received the first month bill for reliance data card usage... Its been 5months we are using reliance data card and after the first month we dint receive monthly bills... The second month our area reliance official came home directly after 23rd of that month for collecting the second month's charges charging SOME EXTRA AMOUNT FOR DELAY IN PAYMENT AFTER 23rd FOR THE MONTH... We have not been informed about this before and HOW COME WE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELAY AS WE DINT RECEIVE BILL THROUGH POST NOR THROUGH E-MAIL & ANY OTHER MODES... And the same thing happened the third month... We paid Rs.50 each for two months as charges for delay in payment... We are fed up complaining this issue to our area reliance officials... Kindly, take necessary actions... Thanks...
