Very bad experience. I would not recommend buying a reliance datacard

I had so much of trouble getting it activated. I had submitted my address proof document but was asked to submit it again. Inspite of that my connection was disconnected. I made at least 10 calls per day in the hope of getting it to work but was re-directed from one person to another. I gave up eventually - I still have the data card with me for the past one year and havent been able to use it. My connection was never activated but I still received a bill from reliance and subsequent follow up emails asking me to pay the bill for services I never availed. A complete waste of money and a horrible experience!
