Please dont go for MTS. It is waste of your money and the speed is also not good. The Customer care is the worst i have experienced. They dont even bother what we try to say and they dont listen to us properly.Worst Network and worst service. I am regretting now why i took this data card.... more»

Mr. Aditay Shah call me for data card purchase. he told me that if our date card not give you minimum speed of 2.6 Mbps so we will give you replacement of our data card in 3 hours . i have told him that i need demo of this product but he refuse my think . after that he told me that pls give me order i will give you good service and i say ok to him but i have some doubt so i have check review on net and that is negative so i think i dont need to buy this product . after 2 hour his delivery person... more»

Dear Friend, If you are from Sikkim (Gangtok) and planning to buy MTS Mbleze data card ..Please dont waste your money. Its worthless.. In MTS website claims that Gangtok is under Hispeed connection (Broadband) but you will get only 1X connectivity with max upload 16KBPS and download speed of 45 KBPS.. My kind advice, please don't go for MTS Mblaze Data card internet, as when i buy it worked in good speed for first 2 months then aftr 2 months it is very very slow, i contacted customer support,the Technical person came to my home & said, this is Tower signal problem, even his own MTS not working in my home. Ok-OK Service but Problem of Unfair Balance deduction
I am very badly suffering from this problem... balance get deducted that too without any use or download even if I do not connect the data card balance get deducted on its own.. once a total balance of 3gb was nil in mere 4 days.. Never buy MTS Mblaze data card as speed will not go more than 120kbps.
I purchased MTS Mblaze as they stated speed will be 3.1 MBPS but since bigining speed was 0.12MBPS After complaining for a couple of times one of there cuscomer care executive came, taken the screen shots of its speed and told that it will be rectified as he is going to inform the same to there technical team. Data card no is 8459953243. I am not able to use the same for last five days and logged the complain for the same several times. Guys Guys. Chill. Am using a reliance netconnect+ data card and when i was in my old room i got good speed only. Got 122kbps download speed. Have to keep in mind that 3.2 mbps s download speed but the speed of the webpages also should also be taken into account. Also its upto 3.2mbps only. So what am trying to say is try to get demos from multiple dealers and then choose yours. Also now i have shifted to a new location. And my download speed is just 2kpbs :P. MBlaze is getting worst
