They sold me a starter plan of 5GB for 30 days which ran out in 3 days. I was shocked. When I spoke to the dealers they said it was total GB ( upload + downloads). I had downloaded 579 MB ( which I had control of) and upload was 4.5 GB. The dealer had no idea what uploading and downloading ment. They are cheats. I strongly advice not to use this service.

I bought recently Idea setter and i used for three days after that it got deactivated, when i call customer support they said we dont find your documents and they told us submit once again and i submitted thrice ..... we were running to the store for more than week for complaining about the idea setter deactivation they have never listen our complaints at last we thought to stop this service and finally it got activated after long hours of complaints Please dont use idea net setter and there

idea send messages while in using net and also they said when i activate the time based plan the will deactivate m current plan That means for just one hour unlimited takes off your 30 days usage.

Transparency in Plans.  

Dear IDEA provider, I am the presently user of idea 3 g net setter , but i have the problem with your services i.e recharge coupon. in last recharge for Rs.749 for one month and 4 GB data uses on date 27/012012. Now the same coupon offer Rs.100 discount and 6 GB uses. When i recharge this coupon i have not availed this offer. So , I know why this is happening . I found just browsing the application it is chargeable when we compare to other networks they looks awesome reliance and photon is an example they are not chargeable for just surfing the net but it is only chargeable for downloading the file. Dear all internet users, please don't go for Idea Net Setter. It is one of the pathetic internet service provider. Go for other option but not for Idea. It is completely waste of money and your all time will go into the reconnecting the internet. i purchase in month of aug but they disconnect in 15days charging 4500rs but cannot connect it they accuse waiver but charges for unusage i am postpaid customer of idea .

Dear All, I suggest all of you please don't purchase Idea netsetter 3G. It's totaly waste of money. Idea itself don't have any servery of 3G. It uses Airtel(3G) services. Once I downloaded a movie approx 1.4 GB and after downloading I was shocked to see consumed downloding data. It was approx 3.5 GB. It was really shockable things. I have prepaid plan and used only for 1 month. I met a sales person that told me Idea charges time based also. .. so plz do not by Idea net setter.

pl. rectify why recharge is not done from timely, when i go to recharge the said net setter, the recharge will not be done in time and when i contacted one of your personnel mr. bhushan and mr. sameer, they will not receive my phone call. pl rectify these things. however, one things i would like to inform you that your network, your personnel will not properly work and to attend the qurries of customer like my problem.

Bad Response of Customer Care  

Friends Idea Company is cheater speed is very slow even there is no value of 3G its speed is bad then normal internet connection. Second their customer care response my connection is not working form last one month still i am struggling after making no of calls. Idea company New Idea is their customer care service is available only between 9 AM to 6 PM Like Sarkari Worker Shame on IDea

I bought idea net setter in October 2011. After the activation of three days it’s gone disconnect permanently. When I queried no one can gave me any satisfactory answer, whether the seller or idea customer care center. At last I bought another data card for continuing of my work. So plz be careful before buy.

i just bought a net setter and getting excelent speed these days .......but iam hearing a lot of bad news about slow browsing speed, bad customer care , less free usage and even cheating . be careful while buying this product, talk to others who have bought.
