They say unlimited, but they disconnected my services saying that bill went beyond free usage.. They dont follow the credit limit thing or nothing.. Customer care is horrible.. Websites are very irrelavant.. Idea needs to grow up..... more»

This Unlimited plan is an eye wash... This is useful only for limited users. Getting 120Kbps speed after the 6GB download limit. BSNL dial up connection gives 128Kbps better than this. Unlimited users pls dont take this.... more»
idea 3G review in Hyderabad
I just got a idea 3G sim and tried to use internet using my d-link pocket router. The speed of 3g is worst i cud see only 250KBPS spead for both upload and download. Even to play few videos in youtube it was taking very long time. Also observed problem with signals esp when you move to corner of house. I stay in Sushant Lok 1 Gurgaon.I am using idea 3G net setter.My money is wasted on this product.I buyed dongle with 5 gb pack(valid for one month) in Rs.1650 but after one day i found,even google page is not getting open sometimes.Also getting disconnected automatically 5 times minimum in one hour.... more»

Idea net setter in bahadurgarh
Hi, I have bought this idea net setter (7.2 mbps) however i m not satisfied with the service as the speed is not constant. At times the speed goes upto 2 mbps but genrally it stays below 500 kbps. Sometimes it doesnt even work properly. Its not reliable. I was told by the shopkeeper that idea is planning to expand the network in our area (Sector 9,9A) and then this issue will be resolved. Dear IDEA provider, I am the presently user of idea 3 g net setter , but i have the problem with your services i.e recharge coupon. in last recharge for Rs.749 for one month and 4 GB data uses on date 27/012012. Now the same coupon offer Rs.100 discount and 6 GB uses. When i recharge this coupon i have not availed this offer. So , I know why this is happening . I found just browsing the application it is chargeable when we compare to other networks they looks awesome reliance and photon is an example they are not chargeable for just surfing the net but it is only chargeable for downloading the file. i bought idea 3g net setter.it is activated for 2 days and deactivated after 2 days due to documents mismatch.i resubmitted docs still it got 15 days for activation and the speed also not up to the mark.so, pls choose other one like docomo or bsnl than idea 3g.... more»
