Cheats
They sold me a starter plan of 5GB for 30 days which ran out in 3 days. I was shocked. When I spoke to the dealers they said it was total GB ( upload + downloads). I had downloaded 579 MB ( which I had control of) and upload was 4.5 GB. The dealer had no idea what uploading and downloading ment. They are cheats. I strongly advice not to use this service.... more»

Bad Response of Customer Care
Friends Idea Company is cheater speed is very slow even there is no value of 3G its speed is bad then normal internet connection. Second their customer care response my connection is not working form last one month still i am struggling after making no of calls. Idea company New Idea is their customer care service is available only between 9 AM to 6 PM Like Sarkari Worker Shame on IDea
