IDea 3G data card- NO prier information about there idea product................................

Dear concern, Would like to remind u that there is no information about product......... Idea only used to sell there product...but need not bother about feedback from customers........thatswhy everybody used to give bad words and market graph of idea going down. I bought idea nwtsetter 3g with scheme 599 plan and 2gb free usage and Rs 100 discount for 20 months...but they did not inform about billing from to date...and i used to get bill always above Rs. 630... and the usage information received every day via SMS..with language that "total usage of no 9891517859 since10.04.2012 is 2320 MB.this usage is till yesterday only" What it means..It creates confusion..and finally after 3 months came to know that billing is from date 10th to 10th every month...And i queried about the usage pls give information daily after using internet service so that i can use to the limit...... pls. take n/a.....so that we can able to use in limit.. and every time i have to pay above my limit..when till date there is no downloading doenwith this utility. thanks Manoj Sharma IDea netsetter no -9891517859
