MTNL Broadband- A review on MTNL Internet unlimited plans in Mumbai

India’s 2nd largest High-speed Broadband Company, Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd. (MTNL), has launched two new great speed unlimited plans in Mumbai India. These plans are, 1 Mbps Unlimited Combo 995 and 2 Mbps Xpress Unlimited Combo 2000.

MTNL Mumbaissh sourabh@ 1 Mbps Truly Unlimited Combo plan is very exciting as it is offering high-speed internet connection only at Rs. 995 (without any FUP) and offers unlimited data usage at a speed of 1 Mbps. With this plan, subscriber will avail other benefits like Rent Free Landline Connection with 25 free local calls on a monthly basis to any network in Mumbai region.

Though this plan is costlier as compared to BSNL Datacard’s BB Home Combo ULD 750, but in MTNL broadband plan, people will enjoy unlimited data usage whereas BSNL plan provides data usage upto 6 GB only.

MTNL’s other plan, i.e., 2 Mbps Xpress Combo Unlimited High-speed internet connection plan-2000 comes at monthly rental of Rs. 2000 (including land-line rent) with fair usage cap offers 150 GB data utilization at 2 Mbps speed thereafter Unlimited Data usage at 1 Mbps.

As compared to BSNL broadband plans, MTNL plans are a little higher but they are offering high internet speed with unlimited downloading, so people are opting more for latest MTNL plans.

Now coming to 3G plans, MTNL has launched two latest plans of Rs. 1190 and Rs. 1200 for its prepaid customers in Mumbai which is comparatively higher than the BSNL 3G Plans of Rs. 992.
