With rural India steadily catching up with its urban counterpart’s insatiable hunger for bandwidth, it’s time to introspect whether Indian telecom industry has delivered on its 3G promises. The scope for market, whether in educational or professional domain, is huge and will only increase further as tablets get cheaper.
